In 7 minutes perform as much work as possible. Starting with 3 clean & jerks and 3 toes to bar then 6/6… This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 12, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.

Compare to 3-28-13.

Kara- 63 (she will likely go higher today)

We all made it through the round of 12 and into the clean & jerks in the round of 15.
