What the what?? What the heck does that mean?
CVFMEHI = Constantly Varied Functional Movement Executed at High Intensity
IWCABTMD = Increased Work Capacity Across Broad Time and Modal Domains
Oh OK…
What the heck does that mean?
Constantly Varied = Always changing.
Functional Movements = Movements found in everyday life.
High Intensity = Faster than normal (relative to and based on your current athletic condition).
Increased Work Capacity = Getting stronger, faster, better.
Across Broad Time and Modal Domains = At everything (weightlifting, running- short and long, gymnastics, etc)
That’s it.
CrossFit is comprised of workouts that are always changing movements found in everyday life performed faster than normal. And the overall goal is to get better at everything.
What does your workout program do for you?
If it’s time for a change, we offer classes at CFW 3 days a week (M, Tu, Th):
6 & 7am – For all you early birds.
8:30am – Perfect for moms who drop off kids at school.
4:15pm – Perfect for school teachers done for the day. (Tu/ Th only)
5:15pm – This class is currently FULL.
6:15pm – Work out those work-day frustrations!
