As we celebrate America’s independence today and think about all the things that make our country truly great, I’d just like to take a moment and let you guys at CFW know how much I appreciate you! Honestly, coaching and teaching is not anything I would have ever imagined doing in my life. And now I can’t imagine not doing it. It is my passion and drive!
I love our community at CFW! Each of you represents a mom, dad, brother, sister or friend in our area getting healthier and stronger. On a grassroots level we’re changing lives. Multiply that out by many, many other CrossFit boxes around our country and we’re literally changing and improving our nation! That is definitely something to celebrate!
So, thank you! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to improving yourself. I’m here to help you in every way I can toward that end!
