Workout 13.3

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (14 lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

You will have the option of completing this WOD either on Thursday or Friday morning. Several of our CFG Open competitors are electing to do the WOD on Friday to get more strategy. If you must do the WOD on Thursday, no problem. If you’d like to do it on Friday, great! We’ll cover strategy/skills on Thursday and hit the WOD full for those that want it and a trial run for those that are going on Friday. On Friday we’ll really focus on the Open WOD at 6am but we can have a WOD ready for you.
