I’ve really enjoyed seeing ALL of you push yourselves to another level on these Open WODs. Some of you have gotten PRs and busted through some mental barriers in the midst of some challenging workouts! It’s been really cool!!
With that in mind, we’re going to send 13.5 out with a BANG!!
Everyone is invited to come and hang at CFW tomorrow from 5-9pm and enjoy some grass fed beef dogs, fruit/ snacks, and beverages. We’re going to cheer each other on and celebrate the end of the 2013 CFG Open.
