Robyn Trog will be teaching a women’s self defense class this Saturday from 2-4pm. There are 4-5 spaces available. More info below:
There will be 1 session per month- September 7, October 5, and November 2. Each session will last approximately two hours and builds on the next, but you may start at any point.
Women 13 years (accompanied by mother) of age and over are welcome. The class is limited to 15 participants.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, we will wear shoes for most of the sessions.
The cost is $20 per session. Family discount available.
