CFW competitors rocked the Mash Up event at Frisco CrossFit! It was a short (but nasty) AMRAP followed by a weightlifting total- snatch and clean & jerk. Josh placed 3rd, Mckenze placed 1st, Krystal got 2nd, and Cassie placed 3rd. They were all in different divisions. Way to go guys! Check out some of the fun we had this past Saturday:
