Add 5# every minute until you fail. Take as many attempts as needed within the minute. Once you fail rest 2-3 minutes before backing off 15# and hit three more singles.
I’m so proud of Clara for hiking the full 4 miles of the Caddo Bend Trail! It was a pretty strenuous trail. I was fully prepared to do a 1-2 mile “ruck” with a 45# girl. I have no doubt that CF Kids has helped develop her fitness for real world tasks!
