The WODs at the SuperFit Games this past weekend were “load heavy.” While we did our best, we simply couldn’t keep up with some of the bigger competitors pulling weight. We did, however, shine when we got a chance to do bodyweight work.

I did this WOD in 2011 when it came up in the Games Open. At the time, I barely repped out a few OHS. I don’t have the exact number but I’m pretty sure I didn’t get over 10. Phillip Mercer was there to “no rep” my struggle with the 120#. My crew did this WOD last Tuesday and I’m happy to report that I made it to 2 muscle ups!
