For time:

100 Double unders
10 Muscle ups (bar or ring)
20 Squat Clean Thrusters, (155/105#)
10 Muscle ups
100 Double unders

This one is supposed to be spicy. Pick a weight that will challenge you on the thrusters but not have you staring at the bar for long periods. You can substitute 30 chest to bar pull ups and 30 hand release push ups for the muscle ups.

Side note- I went mental on this WOD. I had a hard time stringing double unders at the beginning of the WOD. In fact, I got to number 16 and threw my rope across the box (sorry Dan & Stephen for almost hitting you guys). I got another rope (because it was definitely the equipment’s fault) and finally got things on track. After completing the dubs, I worked my way through the other movements pretty well. As I grabbed my rope for the final set of double unders, I took in a deep breath and found my focal point. I began jumping and strung 95 in a row (found out later that was a PR)!

I finished the WOD in 15:44 as Rx’d.

We all have our days- good and bad. Sometimes it’s even the same day. Don’t give up! Even the smallest step will move you forward!
