Endurance Intervals (to be done 3+ hours before or after your WOD)

Run: Repeat :90s on, :90s off until form/pace deteriorates

Row: Repeat :90s on, :90s off until form/pace deteriorates

In the next 5 weeks leading up to the CF Games Open, I’m going to be doing CF Endurance intervals on Tue/Thur at 10am. You can join along prior to or after your workout on those days. Make sure you rest a minimum of 3 hours before or after. If you’re going to do them, pick one (row or run) and go for 3-6 intervals.
