This will be a similar hit to the CrossFit classic “Filthy Fifty” workout. It’s just changed a bit to allow us to do it in class and make it work logistically. For those of you sad we’re not doing the “real thing” don’t be, this will hurt just the same 🙂
Speaking of hurt, Bonner did the Filthy Fifty last week and scooted the trash can beside him whilst doing burpees. That’s want you call commitment, my friends!
