The CFG Open starts next week. If you’re signed up on our CFW team and plan on doing the Open WODs on Friday, you’ll need to take Thursday off. I’ll be posting the Open Athlete WOD for Wednesday (it’ll be the same WOD for Thursday). Complete this WOD during Open Gym or take Wednesday as an additional rest day. If you’re planning on doing the Open WOD on Sunday, there is no need to adjust your schedule. Here’s our gym schedule for workouts starting next week:
Monday- WOD*
Tuesday- WOD
Wednesday- Open Gym/ Open Athletes WOD
Thursday- WOD/ Open Athletes Rest Day
Friday- Open WOD (6-9:30am/ 5-7pm)
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Open WOD (4-6pm)
*We may have some athletes perform the Open WOD on Monday. This should only be a last ditch effort to get it done if you didn’t make it on Fri or Sun. Scores are due at 7pm Central Time on Monday with no exceptions for late entries.
