Each of these are for time. You may complete these in any order you wish. Rest as much or as little as you want between efforts. Just get it done during class and add up your total working time for your score. Post score and any modifications.
If you are in the Fit In Five and need to make up the Baseline WOD, you will perform the Baseline and then complete the run and row portion of today’s workout.
