“80% Paleo/ 100% Of the Time”

Life As Rx had this tagline on a shirt a while back and I always liked it. Just like post from yesterday, I think that steady process is better than no process. Not eating good because you can’t do it 100% of the time won’t get you very far. I don’t legalistically follow a Paleo diet. I tend to “free eat” overall. More often than not it’s around Paleo-ish. I can tell when I string too many days of “not Paleo” together and I’ll dial it back in.

Not having enough time seems to be the biggest hindrance for most folks trying to eat better. In that case, a couple of great resources would be Once a Month Meals and Field To Meal.
