Min 1- 3 reps Light
Min 2- 2 reps Med
Min 3- 1 rep Med/Heavy
Min 4- 3 reps Light (same as 1st min)
Min 5- 2 reps Med (same as 2nd min)
Min 6- 1 rep Med/Heavy (same as 3rd min)
Min 7- 3 reps Light
Min 8- 2 reps Med
Min 9- 1 rep Med/Heavy

Pick a three weights to do this with that you can easily add and shuck off. The goal is dialing in Thruster technique.
