“Friend Week Gone Bad”
Today’s WOD will be done “Fight Gone Bad” style. In this workout you will move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Complete 3 rounds total for max reps.
Box Jumps (24/20″)
DB Snatch (alternating)
Hand Release Push Ups
Heavy Rope Jump
Sit Ups
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.
