We’re super proud of Dave Christiansen for taking on the Masters Qualifier of the CrossFit Games this weekend. He has completed 3 out of the 4 WODs already. Today you guys get a shot at the same WOD Dave is doing. We have a few scaling options based on ability.

This workout has a 20 minute time cap. The OHS weight will range 65-95# for men and 45-65# for women. The sub for muscle ups will be ring dip or hand release push ups today.
