Slow Burn v2.0
In teams of 4 complete the following:
100 Calorie Row
100 Back Squats (95/65#)
100 Front Rack Lunges (65/45#)
100 Calorie Assault Bike
Athletes must switch every 15 cals on the rower/assault bike. Teams may break up the squats and lunges as they wish. The weights listed are Rx’d for each team. Teams will be given 1 45# barbell along with a pair of 10s and 25s.
