It’s Friday the 13th!! So the WOD should be a bit scary, right?! Well, here’s what’s up:

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Angie is a great bodyweight (gymnastic) workout. It tells you where you’re at regarding bodyweight strength mastery. Luckily we get the toughest movement done first. Complete all 100 of each movement before tackling the next one. This workout is for time. If you’re new, this workout will be scaled to 50 of each movement.
