Minutes 4-6: 21 Thrusters (95/65#)
This interval WOD today will serve as a stamina builder. Your goal is to complete all the reps with about 20-30s left in each 2 minute cycle. You may need to reduce some reps to preserve the pacing and recovery into the next movement but we don’t want to make it too “easy.”
