This interval WOD today will serve as a stamina builder. Your goal is to complete all the reps with about 20-30s left in each 2 minute cycle. You may need to reduce some reps to preserve the pacing and recovery into the next movement but we don’t want to make it too “easy.” Today we will Hanging Knee Raises or AB Mat Sit Ups for the T2B.
