100 DB Snatches (50/35#)
1 Relay Block Run
75 DB Push Press (35/20#)
1 Relay Block Run
50 SB Cleans (100/60#)

Each teammate will run the block one at a time (~300m). They will then complete the DB work as a team to complete the number of reps.
