Today’s CFW HomeWOD is “Homegirl Fran”
It will be a fast pace push/push workout. Warm up well and hit this 21-15-9 with some intensity. For those of you using 1 DB or KB for thrusters just do 11 on one side and 10 on the other. I know, I know…I have OCD and this just doesn’t feel right but I’m going to do it 🙂
Scale the push ups on your knees, on a box or against the wall as needed.
