It was so awesome seeing so many of you guys and your families do yesterday’s HomeWOD!! Great work, gang!
For today we’re going to stay in one spot and work. Tabata push ups, sit ups and hi to low plank for max reps. Complete all 8 rounds of push ups before moving to sit ups. Rest one minute between each of the exercises. Count the plank rep when you’re back up in the hi position (on your hands).
Keep moving, guys! Don’t forget we’ll be at the box today (Thursday) from 9-5 and Friday from 9-noon to check out equipment for home use. Workouts going forward will need some limited equipment do perform.
