Have you downloaded the Push Press Timer? It’s my go to app for timing these CFW HomeWODs. The “tabata timer” will function as an interval timer. Just set it up how you need for each WOD.

Two Minute Drills. How many reps can you get? Move from one station to the next without rest. 

Use what you’ve got for the Split Snatch. Count the Flutter Kicks as 1-2-3–1, 1-2-3–2, 1-2-3–3, get it? If not hit me up!
