Keep good position on the Tempo Deads (5s down) and go as heavy as you’re able to manage. Slow and controlled is the name of the game today. Don’t just go thru the motions. Feel everything.
Flat back on the Tempo Bent Over Row (5 s down). Squeeze at the top and peak out those biceps! Grrrrrrr!
