In this first HomeWOD we’ve got an engine test. It’s not the reps…it’s the rounds. Each round has a short run and low reps of burpees and air squats. Think through how you need to pace for round 4. Stay at that pace from the beginning and you’ll do awesome! Sprint out too hot from the start and you’ll likely slow down greatly. Take a peek at the clock after round one and see if you can keep each round after within 10-20s of that one.
If you’re unable to run, perform 1 minute of mountain climbers for each 200m effort.
