We’re going to do a little pre-fatigue of the chest before hitting the floor press. Do 10 Push Ups and go right in to the 8 Floor Presses on each side. Rest about 90s between sets.
We’ll finish the day with a trifecta of muscle making movements. Use what DBs or KBs you have to make it happen. Let’s get it today!!
