Pull Up WOD

You either win or you learn. This weekend at Sven 11 lots of people “learned” about the L-sit.

In today’s CFW WOD we’re going to get all the pulls in. One set is all 15 reps. If you can, stay on the bar for all 15 without dropping. Otherwise get it done as quickly as possible.

We’ll finish the day with some extra pulling focus.
