The Nutrition Challenge for this week is to find a new recipe and share it. Post it on Facebook, Insta or if you’re not on socials simply share it with a friend. We’ve already had Shred members make and trade recipes they found on the app. Like, they actually brought food and traded it! I gave bonus challenge points for going above and beyond. Week 3- Physical Challenge
The Physical Challenge this week is to ruck 7 miles. Load some weight 10-20# for ladies and 20-30# for guys in a pack and walk. That’s it! Just like last week you can hit a mile a day or complete it all in one shot! Email me in the app- “RUCK DONE” for your 200 bonus points.
