Post up a Non-Scale Victory! What’s that? NSVs are things that don’t show on the scale or the measuring tape but are improvements in your health and fitness. Feeling better or stronger in WODs? Clothes fitting better? Are you happier or seeing improvement in your overall mood? How’s your sleep?
Over time eating enough food to stay in the sweet spot of losing weight but still supporting activity should make you feel better! What’s your NSV this week? Share it on our Insta or FB post or simply shoot me a message on the Macrostax app!
Some of you guys are emailing me or texting your challenge completions and questions. It’s all good but I’d like to consolidate the info to one place. If you could use the app for communication about the challenge that would ensure I don’t misplace points or forget to get back to you. If you haven’t used it just click the three bars at the bottom right of the app and then hit the “Ask a Coach” tab.
Speaking of email/text/phone…I’m going to be out of reach for the next week. I KNOW you guys can handle it! So if you have any questions or issues send them my way but just know it’ll be a bit before I can respond. I’ve got the week 5 challenge ready to post up next Sunday but you’ll have to wait for any updated points totals for the week.
Week 4 Physical Challenge
Week 4 should be a FUN one! Since we’re gone Tue/Thur from CFW I wanted to give you a little more incentive to hit the posted Home WODs this week. Complete both workouts and 5 total miles of running or walking for a total of 400 bonus points (200 each). Message “Home WODs Done” and “5 Miles Done” in the Macrostax app upon completion.
