This week’s Nutrition challenge is to hit all green thumbs from Sunday to Saturday for 250 bonus points. Yep, even on the 4th of July holiday! Several of you guys are still in it! Keep it up!!
The Physical challenge this week is to run or walk a 5k. Yes, all at once. Already so many of you guys have hit the goal! Wow!! Way to get those points!
