Week 5 Physical Challenge
This is what we’ve been training for! Hit up a 5k this week. 3.1 miles in one shot. Run it if you can or walk if you need to. A 5k row or 15 mile bike would also be acceptable. Message “5k Done” in the Macrostax app for 250 bonus points.
